Some proposals can require public notification, and should this be the case I can co-ordinate this process for you with the assistance of specialist public notification companies.  This is a critical process that must be co-ordinated and undertaken 100% correctly.

• Provide advice on the length of time involved in obtaining resolution for different development options
• Work to solve your problems and find solutions
• Recommend time be spent in the early stages to undertake detailed investigations of options - as this will lead to selection of the most appropriate path
• Consider whether the Brisbane City Council RIskSMART process is applicable to your project
• Inforrn you of any potential conflict of interest I may have and avoid this situation
