Some proposals can require public notification, and should this be the case I can co-ordinate this process for you with the assistance of specialist public notification companies. This is a critical process that must be co-ordinated and undertaken 100% correctly.

- Be on your side to minimise approval timeframes from Local Authorities and Referral Agencies
- Provide you with a realistic expectation of opportunities and what you can achieve
- Provide consistent, reliable and accurate advice
- Provide advice on the applicable issues and risks e.g. issues with your site and/or proposal
- Provide advice on the length of time involved in obtaining resolution for different development options
- Work to solve your problems and find solutions
- Recommend time be spent in the early stages to undertake detailed investigations of options - as this will lead to selection of the most appropriate path
- Consider whether the Brisbane City Council RIskSMART process is applicable to your project
- Inforrn you of any potential conflict of interest I may have and avoid this situation
